Local Businesses – We Need You!
Everything we do is delivered by the community, for the community. We believe that EBS brings a vibrant, one‑of‑a‑kind event to Eastbourne, with our firework display often celebrated as the best in the town.
Attracting visitors from across the country, we play a meaningful role in Eastbourne’s tourism economy.
As the challenges of hosting community events continue to grow, it has never been more important for local businesses and community groups to work together to protect what makes our town special.
We are grateful for any support from local businesses and organisations. Whether through skills, materials, time, or visibility, your business can play a vital role in helping us deliver Eastbourne’s most vibrant community tradition.
Find information below on how your business can support us. Alternatively if you have further ideas reach out to our Sponsorship manager via ebspublicity@gmail.com.
Eastbourne Bonfire Event Programme 2026
As a means of raising much needed funds, each year we produce an Official Event Programme which is sold throughout the town and online.
We are once again pleased to offer advertising space to local businesses, which comes with the added bonus of promotion for your business across our social media accounts. To book your advertising slot today contact: ebsprog@gmail.com
2026 Bonfire Event Sponsorship
For those looking to make a bigger contribution we also offer larger sponsorship packages, including prominent banners on our procession route.
If you would like to feature your business as an Official Supporter on our procession route – seen by thousands of spectators, local press and social media, please get in touch by emailing ebspublicity@gmail.com.
Other ways to help us
Can’t spare the cash? There are many other ways that local businesses can support our cause, including:
- Providing materials – we are always on the look out for wood suitable for our torch handles ( free from nails, and able to cut down to a square inch baton). We are often also on the look out for paints for our effigy, and china for our crockery smash.
- Marshalling and volunteering – our events rely on as many hands as possible, and we welcome support from staff teams or community‑minded businesses.
- Sharing our posts on social media – we are active on both Facebook and Instagram, and rely on reaching all corners of the town to ensure our fundraising events are a success.
- Trading at our Steampunk Event – we are always on the look out for traders at our annual Steampunk festival, held on the Wish Tower Slopes in September.
Please contact ebssecretary@outlook.com if you wish to support with any of these.
